Lawson Place is a newly refurbished historic building in the Sydney CBD, providing serviced offices and co-working spaces for boutique businesses and professional service firms. Our task was to create a visual identity and seamless user journey to complement the elegant contemporary design by William Smart.
The building has two entries, one each on Lawson and Philip Streets, creating a complex wayfinding challenge, requiring careful masterplanning and journey-mapping.
To deal with the flexibility demands of multiple changeable tenancies we designed digital directories and interfaces to manage the dynamic listings and locations alongside tastefully restrained typographic signage and wayfinding that complements the materiality of the building.
Inspiring, original and light-filled workplaces represent a unique offering for businesses of varying sizes and needs, 60% of which were leased prior to opening.
