Deicorp’s Tallawong Village wins approval
Extrablack is thrilled to be delivering the brand identity for Deicorp’s largest project to date, located in Sydney’s north-west, the $332-million Tallawong development is set to truly transform the area supplying some much-needed housing to one of Sydney’s newest suburbs and rapidly growing population.
Our relationship with Deicorp has continued to grow over this past few months, after working with them on several of their projects across Sydney. To be given the opportunity of working on this milestone project speaks to the confidence and trust Deicorp has in Extrablack to bring their vision of Tallawong Village to life.
Deicorp is a well-known and highly respected builder-developer and has been responsible for a number of successful landmark developments in 40+ suburbs, across Sydney, over the last 21 years.
Tallawong Village, located adjacent to Sydney Metro’s Tallawong Station, will feature 987 apartments, retail, commercial and community spaces. Of the 987 homes, 50 will be affordable housing. The sheer scale of this project, supplying a mixture of private and public spaces and diverse housing options will completely revamp the area to create a vibrant and thriving new community. We are excited about how we can help bring it to life.
The scope for this project is comprehensive and will be a fantastic opportunity for us to showcase our expertise across a range of print, digital and spatial deliverables. For key elements on this project we are working with the highly regarded, Managing Director from CBRE, David Milton, and his team. We look forward to mapping out the sales journey for Tallawong Village, supporting the sale process and set the project up for success.
Tallawong Village is designed by Turner Studio. The Sydney based architects bring a fantastic sense of human scale and awareness to their work. Known for their competition winning submission for the now thriving Greensquare and Zetland precincts Turner brings its expertise to the suburb of Tallawong. From the profiles of the mid-rise towers, streetscapes, trees and laneways Turner has designed a beautifully considered residential area enhancing the walkability of the development. Set to begin construction towards the end of 2021 we look forward to seeing this project come to life.
