Forty Four Martin Place
A Sydney heritage classic transformed.
Forty Four Martin Place is an historic icon of Sydney’s Martin Place in the heart of the CBD and an incredible opportunity for any prospective international commercial tenant to occupy a piece of Sydney history. The building is undergoing a transformative refurbishment to its interior and features a full-height atrium and a brand new pavilion structure, designed by international heavyweight architects HASSELL. The building already has a magnificent rooftop terrace and once complete the new pavilion and garden will be one of the best in Sydney with a spectacular view of Martin Place and Castlereagh street to rival any global city.
Our brand identity and marketing campaign focussed on the optimal location, literally mapping out the building and the incredible amenity and transport connections that make it such a unique space. The existing art deco façade combined with the sleek modern lines of HASSEL’s design makes for a great combination of classic meets contemporary style. Having developed the brand ID we then expanded the visual language out to a lavishly printed, debossed and foiled brochure using a new style of lay-flat concertina binding recently developed by The Embellishing Group. An interactive digital version of the brochure was also developed for ease of distribution for agents and prospective tenants.
With stunning CGI images by neighbours Studio Modus and lifestyle photography by longtime collaborator Martin Mischkulnig the campaign has an air of premium luxury that most of us can only dream of!
We’ve also since been commissioned to develop the signage and wayfinding for the building so there’ll be a unified design approach across the whole project.
