2025. A Year in Review.

16 industries. One year. Endless perspective.
2025 saw Extrablack work across the broadest range of brand, property, signage and wayfinding projects in our 15-year history.
From established luxury residential, commercial and BTR precincts to new greenfield villages, alongside a developer rebrand along the way. From student living through to senior living, reimagining the village experience for very different stages of life.
From globally award-winning hospitality and F&B at the heritage Capella Sydney and the Lands Building, to a modern Metro station at Waterloo, and the retail experience at the soon-to-open Sydney Fish Market.
From engineering to renewables, grocery to the arts, and from a new PropTech startup through to Sovereign AI.
It’s an incredibly broad mix of work, and one the team delivered with care, curiosity and pride. More than anything, we loved the variety and the people we had the chance to work alongside.
Thank you to our clients for trusting us with your projects, your places and your stories. We look forward to what’s next.
Wishing everyone a safe and restful holiday season.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
If you have a project in mind for 2026, we’d love to hear from you.
