Positioned alongside the future Western Sydney Airport, this project represents a once-in-a-generation shift in how Sydney grows, connects and does business. More than an industrial estate, the Western Sydney Airport Business Park needed to be understood as a catalyst. A place that signals ambition, scale and long-term opportunity.
Working with Gray & Walsh, we were engaged to shape a brand that could operate at that level. One that could communicate both immediate commercial value and the broader significance of the precinct within the Western Sydney Aerotropolis.
The challenge
The scale of the site and its strategic importance created a unique brief. This was not simply about marketing industrial land. It was about positioning a major landholding within a rapidly evolving infrastructure network, where future potential needed to feel as tangible as the present.
The challenge was twofold. First, to clearly articulate the site’s connectivity and role within Greater Western Sydney’s industrial and logistics network. Second, to create a brand that could elevate expectations, balancing practical functionality with a sense of place and long-term vision.

The solution
We developed a brand strategy grounded in connectivity, growth and clarity. The identity draws from the movement of infrastructure and the precision of logistics, while introducing a more human and considered layer through colour, typography and composition.
A distinct graphic language was established, anchored by a bold, directional logomark and a confident typographic system. This carried through into a suite of digital and physical applications, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
Our scope extended across photography direction, website design, presentation templates and signage. Each element was designed to reinforce a cohesive narrative. The website, in particular, was structured to simplify complex information, clearly communicating access, scale and future opportunity. Mapping, data visualisation and curated imagery worked together to make the proposition legible and compelling.
Signage and wayfinding were approached as an extension of the brand, not an afterthought. Forms, materials and colour were carefully considered to ensure visibility at scale, while maintaining a refined and contemporary presence on site.

The outcome
The result is a brand that brings clarity to complexity. It positions the Western Sydney Airport Business Park not just as land, but as infrastructure, opportunity and long-term investment.
By aligning strategy, digital experience and physical expression, the project establishes a strong and credible presence within one of Australia’s most significant growth corridors. It gives stakeholders a clear understanding of the site today, while confidently signalling what it will become.
Most importantly, it sets a foundation that can evolve alongside the precinct itself, supporting future stages of development with a consistent and scalable brand system.
